DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are sent using StarTrack. All parcels are tracked with StarTrack’s tracking system to ensure your items can be monitored and are delivered. Stone+Sparrow usually offer next-day delivery for clients living in metro areas but due to unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control, may be longer. Clients living in remote rural areas will experience a longer delivery time.

Stone+Sparrow is not held accountable for any delays, damages or lost items made during transit. Please email hello@stoneandsparrow.com.au if your parcel has not been received within the allocated timeframe.

COURIER SERVICE

Stone+Sparrow offers a courier service for all clients based in Sydney who have orders that may be delicate to post. Some items due to their size and/or weight, may not be able to be posted using StarTrack and may require a courier. As this is a more controlled service, it is also available for clients who wish to have their items delivered to a particular location, directly to the venue, or at a specific day and/or time. Please note that price may vary based on location and drop off times.
